The work
Gentle cleaning that helps prevent infections and keeps ears fresh and healthy.
Ear cleaning is one of those things most dog owners skip until there's a problem. We do it right during every groom, and we also offer it as a standalone service. We flush out wax buildup, debris, and moisture that breeds yeast and bacteria. It takes about 15 minutes and makes a real difference in how your dog feels.
A lot of dogs get ear infections because water and dirt get trapped inside, especially floppy-eared breeds. We use a gentle solution and warm water to flush the ear canal, then dry thoroughly. If we spot redness, odor, or discharge, we'll let you know it's time to see your vet. It's preventative care that actually works.
Your dog leaves with clean, dry ears and immediate relief if they've been scratching or shaking their head. Most owners notice their dog stops pawing at their ears within a day or two. It's a small service that prevents expensive vet bills down the road.
What's included: Gentle ear canal flush with veterinary-grade solution; Thorough drying to prevent moisture buildup; Visual check for signs of infection or irritation; Trimming of excess ear hair if needed; Owner notes on ear health and home care tips.

Questions
About ear cleaning
How often should my dog get their ears cleaned?
Most dogs do fine with ear cleaning every 4 to 6 weeks, either during a regular groom or as a standalone service. Dogs with floppy ears or water exposure may need it more often. We'll let you know what makes sense for your dog.
Will ear cleaning hurt my dog?
No. We use warm water and a gentle touch. Some dogs are sensitive at first, but most relax once they realize it feels good. If your dog has an active infection, your vet should treat that first.
What if I notice my dog's ears smell bad?
That's usually a sign of yeast or bacteria. Bring your dog in for a cleaning, but also schedule a vet visit to rule out infection. A vet may prescribe medicated drops that work better than cleaning alone for active problems.
